Our Technology
Elements are found in three states: solids, liquids, and gases. The Flotration CAST system does not create or destroy elements, however it does have the ability to extract electrons and thus has the capability of changing the state of many dissolved solids in the solution. Therefor anything that enters the Flotration system will come out in one of the three states.
Our Versatility
The Flotration CAST system is capable of treating a wide variety of hazardous waste streams and wastewaters from generators across several industries at rates of up to 200 GPM.
• PFAS/PFOS • Produced Water • Landfill (leacheate) • Galvanizing Plants • Paper & Pulp • Juice Plants • Chemical MFG • Industrial Waste • DOE/DOD • Groundwater • Chemical Mfg. • Chrome Shops • Plating Shops

In November 2023 Flotration treated plume samples from the fomer Schilling Air Force Base in Salina, KS using their 3rd generation CAST system which demonstrated results which successfully lowered 42 different types of PFAS/PFOS to “non-detect” levels per third-party analysis from ALS Laboratory Group.
